Licence

Effective 7 August 2026. This licence covers every resource published by Aurora Scripts (“we”, “us”) and applies to you as the person or entity that bought it (“you”).

Buying a resource does not transfer ownership of it. It grants you the licence described below.

Who you bought from

Not from us. We license our resources to Tebex, and Tebex resells that licence to you as seller of record. Ownership and the intellectual property never move. What you buy is permission to use, which is why Tebex’s own terms say digital items are “licensed, not sold”. Under our agreement with Tebex, no contract of sale is formed between you and us, and Tebex takes responsibility for payment, tax, fulfilment and chargebacks.

So this page is not a sales contract and it is not the terms of your purchase. It is the licence: the terms on which we, as the owner of the copyright, allow the resource to be used. Tebex passes it to you with the goods.

If your question is about the transaction (an invoice, a refund, a download that failed), it is Tebex you need, not us.

What you may do

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual licence to:

1. Install and run the resource on FiveM servers operated under the Cfx.re account you bought it with;
2. Reproduce and transmit it only as installed on those servers, to the players connecting to them;
3. Run those servers commercially, to the extent the Cfx.re and Rockstar agreements allow;
4. Edit the configuration files, the ones left readable outside asset escrow, and write your own translations and adapters against the documented exports.

The licence follows the Cfx.re account you bought with. Resources are delivered into that account through asset escrow and run under it. How many servers that covers is decided by Cfx.re’s system, not by us. we do not count your servers and we do not add a separate limit on top of theirs.

If Cfx.re lets you transfer the asset to another account, the licence goes with it and the person who receives it stands in your place, bound by this document. Whether a transfer is possible at all, and on what terms, is Cfx.re’s decision and not ours. We neither grant nor block it.

The licence is perpetual. We do not take it away because you stopped paying for support, because a newer version came out, or because you disagreed with us. It ends only if you break the terms below, or if the purchase is reversed.

What you may not do

1. Resell, sublicense, transfer, lend, share or redistribute the resource, whole or in part, outside a server you operate. This includes leak sites, “free release” archives and private sharing between server owners.
2. Disassemble, decompile or reverse-engineer it, or defeat, strip or work around asset escrow.
3. Create derivative works from it, beyond the configuration and adapter work allowed above.
4. Remove or obscure our authorship, or present the resource as your own work.
5. Use the code, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, evaluate or provide source material for generative AI systems.

None of this is unusual for the platform. Rockstar’s own Creator Platform License Agreement puts the same restrictions on server admins for content bought through its marketplace, in almost the same words.

If you are in the European Union

EU law gives the lawful owner of a copy a few things no licence can take away, and Article 8 of Directive 2009/24/EC makes any term that tries to null and void. The restrictions above are not intended to remove them.

• A back-up copy, as far as it is necessary for your use (Article 5(2)).
• Studying how it behaves while you run it normally, to work out the ideas behind it (Article 5(3)).
• The narrow exception in Article 6, on the conditions set out there. One of those conditions is that the information is not already available to you, and ours is.

Everything needed to make your own resource work with Aurora HUD is documented in public: the exports, the events, the integration points. If something you need is missing, ask on the Discord and we will document it. That is the supported route, and it is faster than any alternative.

Outside the European Union these particular rights come from EU law and do not apply, though the law where you live may give you something comparable.

Support and updates

We provide reasonable technical support for the resource itself, through our Discord. That means the resource’s own behaviour, its configuration and its documented exports. It does not extend to your framework, your other resources, your database, or building custom features for you.

Updates are published when there are updates to publish. You keep the version you have either way. GTA V, FiveM and the frameworks this resource talks to all change without asking us, and a change on their side can break behaviour on ours. We fix what we reasonably can, and we do not promise that any version keeps working forever.

Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds run on Tebex’s rails and under Tebex’s rules, but the decision to issue one is ours. See Refunds for when we will and will not.

If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the licence granted by that purchase ends. You must stop using the resource and remove it from your servers.

No affiliation

Aurora Scripts is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Tebex. GTA V and all related marks belong to their owners. FiveM and Cfx.re are projects of their respective owners.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and wherever mandatory law says we are. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost revenue, lost players, downtime or lost data) arising from use of the resource.

If you bought as a consumer, meaning a private individual rather than a business or a commercially run server, you also have rights about digital content that does not match its description. Those rights are against Tebex, who sold it to you, and nothing on this page touches them in either direction. In the European Union they come from Directive (EU) 2019/770; most other countries have their own version.

Changes

We may change this licence. The version in force on the day you bought is the one that governs your purchase. A later change does not reach back and rewrite what you already paid for.

There are two exceptions, and they are the only two. A change reaches existing purchases where the law requires it, and where it is neutral or in your favour. Everything else applies to purchases made after it is published.

This page keeps the date it last changed.

Law

Portuguese law governs this licence, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction.

Your purchase is a different matter and this page does not govern it. You bought from Tebex, under Tebex’s terms, and if you bought as a consumer the protections of the country you live in apply to that sale, wherever in the world you live. Nothing we write here reaches it, in either direction.
